Today, we successfully shipped an R101 roofing panel roll forming machine from our factory, marking another important delivery for our international projects. The machine is now in transit and will soon be on its way to Mexico, where it will be used in the production of metal roofing systems for commercial and residential applications.
The R101 profile is a high-strength, trapezoidal metal panel widely used in roofing and siding projects throughout the Americas. It provides excellent load-bearing capacity and weather resistance, making it a favorite choice for metal building contractors and roof installers.
The roll forming machine shipped today was custom-built to meet the needs of a Mexican client involved in the fabrication of building materials. The customer required a machine that could offer high-speed production, low maintenance, and long-term reliability. After comparing several suppliers, they selected our R101 roll forming line for its outstanding performance and proven success in similar projects.
The machine includes:
A manual decoiler with 5-ton capacity
A heavy-duty forming unit with precision-ground rollers
A hydraulic cutting system synchronized with the PLC for exact lengths
A user-friendly control system that allows easy operation and parameter adjustments
Accessories including spare parts, lubricants, and safety devices
Prior to delivery, our technical team conducted a thorough machine test, running actual coils to simulate production conditions. Every detail—from sheet feeding to final profile cutting—was carefully reviewed to ensure consistent performance and perfect forming accuracy. Once approved, the machine was disassembled, packed with protective materials, and loaded into a standard 20-foot container.
The container departed from our factory earlier today and is scheduled to board a vessel at Shanghai Port within the next few days. The shipping process is expected to take about a month, after which our customer in Mexico will receive the equipment, ready for installation and production.
To support a smooth startup, we will provide full installation instructions, video tutorials, and remote support from our engineers. If needed, our team is also available to travel and assist with on-site commissioning and operator training.
This delivery reinforces our growing presence in Latin America, where the demand for steel structure solutions continues to rise. Our R101 roll forming machine has already been exported to countries like the United States, Guatemala, Colombia, and now Mexico, playing a key role in the region’s construction industry.
We sincerely thank our customer for their trust and look forward to seeing their business grow with the help of our equipment. As always, we remain committed to providing high-quality machines, timely delivery, and long-term technical support to partners around the world.
More updates will follow as this machine arrives and enters production in Mexico.
