On August 14, our company successfully shipped two large orders to international customers, further demonstrating our growing role as a trusted supplier of advanced roll forming and production equipment worldwide. The day’s shipments were bound for Mexico and Indonesia, each serving a distinct industry need.
The Mexican order consisted of a racking system connector production line engineered to manufacture 4mm thick steel connectors—components essential to the stability and safety of warehouse storage systems. This fully automatic line includes coil feeding, hydraulic punching, precision roll forming, and hydraulic shearing, all managed by an integrated PLC system. The design allows for high-volume production with minimal manual labor, ensuring consistent quality. The robust punching unit cleanly processes the thick steel, while the forming and cutting stages maintain exact dimensions, even under continuous operation.
With Mexico’s warehousing sector expanding alongside e-commerce and manufacturing, this machine will enable our customer—a leading storage solution provider—to meet market demand efficiently and competitively.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian shipment featured three ladder cable tray roll forming machines: one for side rails, one for rungs, and one for the W-shaped reinforcing profile, all built for 2.0mm thick steel. Ladder cable trays are essential in electrical installations, offering both cable support and ventilation. Each machine in this order was customized for high-strength performance, featuring heavy-duty frames, precision rollers, hydraulic cutters, and operator-friendly PLC controls.
The side rail machine forms the tray’s vertical supports, the rung machine produces the horizontal cross members, and the W profile machine creates a structural reinforcement section for added load capacity. These machines will allow the Indonesian customer, a major electrical infrastructure manufacturer, to expand in-house production, improve delivery times, and maintain strict quality control.
Prior to shipping, our quality control department carried out comprehensive inspections and test runs on all equipment. Products made during these tests matched the exacting standards required by the customers, confirming the readiness of the machines for immediate operation upon installation.
Logistics teams coordinated both shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery. The connector production line components were carefully packed in wooden crates with corrosion protection, while the three cable tray machines were securely fastened and wrapped for safe transport over long distances.
These simultaneous shipments reflect not only our technical expertise but also our adaptability to serve different markets—warehouse equipment in Mexico and electrical infrastructure in Indonesia—on the same day. As global industries continue to evolve, our ability to deliver customized, high-performance machinery on schedule strengthens our position as a reliable partner in our clients’ growth and success.
