Our America Customer, who ordered the Double Layer Roll Forming Machine( J ribs and Corrugated) & Cut to Length Line in 2019( 👉https://www.rollformingmachine.info/blog/american-buyer-come-to-inspect-double-layer-machine-and-cut-to-length-line), ordered a new set of the same Doubel Layer Roll Forming Machine this year to expand his business. He visited our factory today to test the machine. 

Firstly, we test the machine with the domestic materials G550, the finished products are good, please check 👉this video.

But when the machine is finished, the customer told us the hardness of the materials they use is G750, we told him to sent us some materials to test the machine, then we found the cutting part works not well, because of the hardness. 

We came out a solution, to make a new cutting blade for the G750, when the customer produce the G750 roof panels, he changes the cutting blades. Our customer agrees this. He visited our factory and learnt how to change the cutting blades. We also teached him how to operate the machine.

The machine will be exported tomorrow.
